Our UK Quality Assurance team is looking to recruit a new team member, to provide support for activities including but not limited to: internal audits, onboarding activities, general operations and QA facilitated business unit meetings.

This role would suit a science graduate that has worked in a GxP or other regulated laboratory, or maybe a study coordinator or scientific administrator that is ready to step into Quality Assurance.

 

This role can be based in either Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire or Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

 

The job will involve:

 

  • Maintaining control and account of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, raw data and QA files associated with audit activities within the QA department.
  • Providing support to compliance group during audits and client visits; providing materials, as needed.
  • Supporting the collection of quality metrics to support data trending efforts.
  • Assist the department to ensure that required resources are available for the teams use.
  • Ensuring Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance (RC&QA) responsibilities, as indicated in applicable controlled documents, are followed.

Education/Qualifications:

  • BSc in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience may be substituted for education.

Experience:

  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to include Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to deliver consistent high quality of work.
  • Ability to use computer and departmental tools.
