Quality Assurance Team Member

FULL-TIME

$18/hr

Working with the QA team to ensure quality metrics and documentation requirements are met. Confirm product dimensions and tolerances are met on manufactured products, through use of drawings and measuring devices. A firm grasp of measuring principles as well as the ability to be a team player are desired.

Schedule

Shift start: 6:00AM or 2:00PM
Shift length: 8 hours
Monday-Friday, some OT required

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Responsibilities Performs required inspections using general mechanical inspection tools and equipment to ensure conformance with the quality requirements. This job reports to the Quality Manager and works under general supervision. Visually inspects products that conform to standardized Company and industry policies, practices, procedures and specifications. Math skills required for measuring and converting measurements. Working knowledge of MS Office software with the ability to navigate around files. With meticulous attention to detail, performs inspections at various stages of assembly and manufacturing, including first article, in-process, and final inspections, of complex machined/molded parts for conformance to specifications. Maintains accurate records. Cooperate with and support Engineering and Manufacturing efforts. Ability to read a tape measure and clearly document discrepancies.
