Quality Engineer

Your Tasks

• Develop control plans for Product Inspection
• Assist in development and update of Failure Mode Effect Analysis
• Identification and recording non-conformities
• Active participation in Non-Conforming Product Program
• Active participation in Corrective and Preventive Action Program
• Active Participation in Customer Complaint Program
• Interface with customer on Technical/Quality issues and improvements
• Responsible for metrology functions as they relate to validations
• Provide Quality Engineering support to include validation activities, data analysis, report and protocol writing, problem solving and continual improvement
• Perform internal audits
• Proficient in Data Analysis using Minitab
• Manage the site Calibration program for Quality related items
• Assist in the development and training of Quality Inspectors
• Act as a backup for Quality Documentation
• Act as a deputy of the Quality Manager

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in related field of study preferred.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in metrology, data analysis and Quality Engineering activities
• Injection molding experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
