Resident Care Manager Expectations

  • Manage the over-site of all resident care.
  • Ensure staff maintain credentials and certification as required by licensing agency.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with appropriate physicians, pharmacy, home care
  • Assist with creation of residents’ care plans.
  • Must maintain and encourage a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes cooperation.

Requirements:

  • Valid state license(s)
  • Current CPR/First Aid
  • Two or more years of staff supervision, management preferred
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
