REFERRAL COORDINATOR TRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT1 OR MORE POSITIONSThe successful applicant must possess a High School Diploma or GED. One (1) year experience as a referral coordinator or similar type duties working with the referrals of patients for treatment and diagnostic students, or A minimum two (2) years full time experience as a medical receptionist, medical assistant, or other medical related field. Prefer three (3) years medical experience with demonstrated customer service in a medical facility. Must possess a valid driver's license. All applicants must submit a Tribal application and copy of academic transcript/training certificate, completed supplemental background questionnaire(contact the CSKT Personnel Department), copy of driver's license, proof of enrollment in a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT and if claiming veteran's preference, a copy of DD214 must be submitted. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) months probationary period. Salary is $15.42 to $17.73 per hour.
