Full time, salaried position

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to complete MDS Assessments for the RAI process in compliance with OBRA regulations under the supervision of the MDS Director

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Current RN Licensor with MDS experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to complete MDS Assessments timely and accurately.
