ADMISSIONS NURSE opportunity at our Glen Brook location! 

Come join our growing team!  Immediate opportunity for an Admissions Nurse (RN).  The responsibilities of this position include coordinates the services of the Nursing Admissions Department with physicians and referral source for the most comprehensive patient care. Provides nursing care to all patients.  Establishes and maintains communication process related to  all patient care; and for smooth operations of admitting, discharge and transfer. Gathers data relevant to the patient’s individual needs.  The Admissions Nurse will receive physician orders for direct admissions and organizes admission process for patient and obtains a nursing history and takes appropriate action when needed.   Will assist the unit with patient care when needed.   This is a wonderful opportunity to join our growing team.
