The Director of Nursing - Hospice is responsible for the overall clinical operation of the hospice agency. Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency. Our candidate will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with professional standards and goals.

Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse / RN
Must have Hospice Clinical Management Experience

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Leadership and strong clinical leadership experience is a must. At least 2 years Hospice/Home Care clinical leadership experience is required
