We are currently seeking an RN Supervisor for our night shifts to promote and restore patients' health with management, directing staff, help forging a team environemnt, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs, and finally, by providing physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families

Position: RN Supervisor

Days & Hours: Weekdays or Weekends -  Night Shift OR Full-Time Evenings 

Rate: New Higher Rate with a $7,500 sign on bonus

Position Overview: As a Nurse Supervisor you will promote residents' health with day-to-day management, by directing and developing the facility team, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff, and by providing physical and psychological support for residents, friends, and families.

RN Necessary Skills/Qualifications: 

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
• Team Leadership
• A Positive Disposition

RN Requirements Include:

• Current NYS RN Licensure
• Experience in Long Term Care or medical/surgical preferred but not required
• Experience in a supervisory capacity preferred but not required
