Job Description

Mercer Home Health Care, a leading provider of skilled home healthcare service throughout Mercer County, is seeking an experienced Full Time RN Homecare Nurse to join our team. The RN will interact with the entire home care team and is responsible for case management and direct patient care.
The ideal candidate must have a current NJ RN License; a minimum of 1 year medical surgical / subacute care experience or home health care experience, excellent clinical, communication and organizational skills.
