Our offices in Anoka and White Bear Lake are looking for a special individual to join our team of amazing nurses!   No nights or weekends!  We provide services to Veterans and Seniors in their homes throughout the northern metro area.  The position can be Full Time or .8 and will include a company car–so you don’t wear yours out!

Minimum Qualifications of the RN:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Current, unencumbered Minnesota, license to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required with home health experience preferred
• Clean Driving Record

 Essential Functions of the RN:

• RN will perform client assessments to plan, implement, and evaluate client's care to develop an individualized plan of care for each comprehensive client served
• Provide education to clients and families appropriate to client's care needs
• Perform direct client care including medication management services and wound care
• Provide training and oversight to Comfort Keepers care team and CNA program students both in the office and in the field
• Maintain compliance with MN Home Care Statutes 144A
