Job Summary: Oversee a group of dedicated nurses, ensuring they can provide the highest quality of care for residents. Involved in hiring, orientation, monitoring skills and trainings. Working with doctors, obtaining medications, and maintaining accurate records of treatment. 

Job Type: Full time

Schedule: Monday – Friday with Weekend On-Call Rotation – Night Shift Position Available

Responsibilities:

• Responsible during the shift for the total nursing care of residents in the assigned unit.
• Assumes responsibility for compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company regulations.
• Investigate complaints and take necessary action to resolve problems.
• Supervise nursing unit including scheduling and directing nursing staff. 
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Educations:

·   Current RN or LPN licensure in Kentucky.

 

·   A minimum of 3-year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

o        Minimum of 1 year being in Long-Term Care.

 

o        Minimum of 1 year being in Management.

• Good standing in the state registry is required.
