Summit Home Care is a family-owned and operated home care agency looking to bring on compassionate and reliable RN and LPNs to join our team of dedicated professionals.

As we look for an RN or LPN with experience with GTs, Trachs & Vents.  Summit Home Care has a phenomenal education program that we offer to new grads and LPNs looking to freshen up their skills.

We are a full-service PDN agency with an immediate need for RN and LPN to work with our clients.  We have tons of options for work; we offer full-time and part-time options with nights, days, or weekend hours available.

Responsibilities:

• Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

 Requirements: 

•      Current license in the state
•      Up to date first aid and CPR certification
•      Willingness to work evenings and weekends
•      Compassionate and friendly demeanor
•      Required Medicals
