Are you tired of never knowing where you are going to be from day to day?  Would you like to have a set schedule at one facility for a 12-week assignment?  Then this is the opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team of caregivers for 12-week temporary assignments.

• We are offering premium pay of an additional $5.00/hr. above the facility’s base pay (depends on experience) during the 12-week assignment!
• Once you complete your 12-week assignment and maintain the facility’s attendance requirements you will be eligible for an additional bonus of $3,000!
• All Shifts Available. 
• If you like us after your 12-weeks you’ll have the opportunity to join our team and receive benefits including PTO, Medical, and Dental
• Must be new to the Lilac/Orchid Cove Health Group

 What you bring to our team:

• Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CPR certification preferred
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Problem solving skills
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
