Job Description

Sterling Manor, a 124 bed nursing home in Maple Shade, NJ is seeking a FT RN/LPN Infection Preventionist/Staff Development. Must have a minimum of 2 years LTC experience in either IP or as a Dir of Staff Development. Must be willing to complete the mandated Infection Control CDC Modules qualifying to be an Infection Preventionist prior to starting if not already certified. Strong teaching and team building skills required. The position will be supported by the Administrator as well as other Management Team Leaders from the Staff Development perspective.
