Cloverleaf Health Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Weekend  for our Weekend shift for our skilled nursing facility in Knightsville, IN 

The RN / LPN will direct the performance of nursing personnel, under the medical direction of the residents attending physician's and the Director of Nursing Services.

Available Shifts: 

• Full-Time 6am-6pm and  6pm-6am  (Saturday, Sunday and 1 weekday)

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse of this state or,
• Licensed Practical Nurse of this state
• Has supervisory experience in long-term care
• Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
