Harbor House Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking Full Time/Part Time RN/LPN Weekend Baylor's from 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM. We are a friendly, supportive, team-oriented environment in a beautiful, 138 bed facility located within a unique harborside neighborhood setting. Conveniently located off 3A in Hingham, MA and accessible by public transportation.Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role.

Requirements for RN/LPN Weekend Baylor:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Job Duties of RN/LPN Weekend Baylor:

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
