The Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse will provide patient care to the residents in the facility. Their duties include communicating with director of nursing, medical staff, and unit manager about patient needs, administering IVs and medications to aid their patients’ health and using medical equipment to monitor patients’ vital signs.

Education Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Tennessee and in good standing
• Previous LTC experience preferred but not required
