Majestic Care is currently seeking a MDS Coordinator,RN to join our Majestic Care Team!

The ideal candidate will:

-Hold a valid nursing license, in good standing

-Have a minimum of 3 years long term care experience

-Maintain current records of all residents admitted and discharged by the center

-Audit resident charts for compliance

-Protect the confidentiality of all resident information

-Maintain current knowledge of medical records practices and procedures, governing rules. regulations, and state survey requirements.

-Have a minimum of 1 year EMR experience, PCC experience preferred
