***$10,000 Sign on Bonus*** Paid out every 90 days

$3 shift differential for night shift

RN Supervisor- Full Time-Nights (7pm-7-am) Rotating Weekends

 Essential Duties Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

• Such supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned comply with the written policies and procedures established by this facility.
• Meet with your assigned nursing staff, as well as support personnel, in planning the shift’s services, programs and activities.
• Make nightly rounds of the Nursing Department to ensure that all nursing personnel are performing their assignments.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents as required.

Job Requirements:

• One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.

• Proof of COVID19 Vaccination Required.

• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
• Possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Florida.
