Registered Nurse ARRMC (Cardiovascular Recovery)

RN - Cardiovascular Recovery Position Overview

Union Position

FTE/Status: 0.6 FTE / Part-Time, Patterned Nights/ 48 hours per; pay period

Schedule: Hours worked will vary between a start time of 2000 or 2100 to end of shift at 0830 or 0930.

Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, located in Medford, is a 378-bed regional referral and trauma center featuring the latest medical technology and clinical expertise--all administered with a patient-focused philosophy. Our hospital team delivers nationally-recognized heart and vascular care, orthopedic services, and cancer care, as well as a comprehensive range of other key services including neurology and neurosurgery, bariatric surgery, rehabilitation services, work health, diabetes care, hospice services, a primary stroke center, an accredited hospital-based sleep center, and the regions only neonatal intensive care unit.

Our Cardiovascular Recovery Unit is a 14-bed recovery unit for angiograms, stents, and pacemakers. As a RN in this department, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within a cutting-edge department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred

Experience

One-year acute care experience required or completed new grad orientation within the Cardiovascular Recovery unit at Asante required
The ability to rapidly admit, prep, educate, and recover elective procedural/interventional outpatients and inpatients in a fast-paced setting is required

License/Certification

Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing required
Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the AHA required upon start
CSRN, RCIS Preferred
