Job Description

• $5,000 sign on bonus plus referall bonuses
• $38.00 - $39.00 per hour
• We are an 82 bed skilled nursing facility located in Roselle.
• Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise certified nursing assistants.
• Ensure that all written policies and procedures that govern the day to day functions of the nursing department are followed.
• Complete all adminsitrative functions including charting; participating in surveys; admission, transfer and discharge of residents; reporting any compaints or grievances; and evaluating the care of the residents.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis as well as a calm environment throughout the departments.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiam.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
