Pinnacle Health and Rehab @ Sanford (formerly Greenwood Center) is searching for  caring and compassionate RN Supervisors who want to make an important difference each day in the quality of life for our residents. It is the responsibility of the 3-11 and 11-7 Supervisors to oversee facility operations, resident care, and provide guidance to staff on duty when needed in regards to any emergency situations that may occur. The supervisor is responsible for reporting to the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator any emergency type situation(s) that occurs while he/she is on duty. The supervisor will be assigned to work on a unit as the charge nurse as needed and will fulfill the charge nurse responsibilities in addition to the supervisor duties. This is a Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday position and involves being on call on the weekend on a rotating basis (about every 5th weekend).
