We are looking for strong RN Supervisors to supervise and provide services to the residents of Cayuga Nursing and Rehabilitation Center!

Qualifications:

1. Credentials as a Registered Professional Nurse with a current New York State license required.
2. At least one year of experience as a Head Nurse or Charge Nurse preferable in geriatric nursing required.
3. Organizational skills and ability to relate well with other staff and residents necessary.
4. Ability to supervise and discipline staff and ensure that high standards of care are maintained necessary.
5. Ability to communicate well (verbally and in writing), teach, utilize creative problem- solving and handle problems diplomatically necessary.
6. Caring, respectful attitude towards residents required.
7. Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence required
