The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Pawling is currently seeking 1 Part-Time RN Supervisor

Week 1: Saturdays 8am-4pm || Week 2: Saturdays 8am-12am

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to residents
• Establish resident treatment plans and care plans
• Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care
• Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate resident medical records
• Provide emotional support to residents and their family members

RN Supervisor Qualifications:

• Current NYS RN license in good standing
• Familiarity with NYS DOH regulations & guidelines
• Previous LTC experience
• Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
