RN SUPERVISOR WEEKEND BAYLOR PROGRAM

AristaCare at Cedar Oaks is now offering an RN Supervisor Weekend Baylor Program!  

Work two (2) 16-hour shifts (32 hours) every weekend and get paid “Time and a Half” (Base Rate + Baylor Diff) with Fulltime Accrued Benefits!!!

Policy

AristaCare at Cedar Oaks has a restricted Baylor program to retain optimal staffing levels that includes an employee working every weekend as  their routine schedule. 

Procedure:

· A Baylor employee is entitled to accrue vacation and sick time based on hours worked. 

· A Baylor employee is recognized as a full-time employee and eligible for health insurance benefits and company-paid life insurance.

· A Baylor employee could forfeit this special recognition (including special rate) if they call out more than two weekends in a twelve-month rolling period.  

· A Baylor employee could forfeit this special recognition (including a special rate) if they have a pattern of tardiness.     

· All other policies affecting attendance will remain in effect including the call-out being recorded in their attendance tracker.
