RN Team Leader

Job Summary: Assists in planning and implementing the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting. Manage the care completed by CNA and LPN staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Documentation
• Change in Condition
• Pain Management
• Medication Administration
• Care Plan Development
• Infection Control
• Supervision and Leadership

Regulatory Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• Current Licensed Registered Nurse in State of New York.
• Current CPR certification.
