2022 Deficiency-free Facility is seeking an RN Unit Manager with strong management and clinical skills to run our short-term rehabilitation unit.  Our Skilled Nursing Facility focuses on providing superior care while developing greater abilities to care for the more acute patient.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervision and management of RNs, LPNs and CNAs on all shifts
• Oversight of the unit’s clinical team, including coordination of medical, nursing, social work and rehabilitation staff
• Ensure that effective quality care is delivered, including creation of individualized plans of care for each resident
• Support and fulfill complex clinical needs of high acuity patients
• Report directly to the Director of Nursing, with support from two ADONs and extended nursing administration team

Schedule: 8a-4p Monday-Friday as well as intermittent evening, weekend shifts as directed by DON. Candidates with scheduling flexibility are preferred.

Compensation:  VERY competitive salary, commiserate with experience.
