1) Employees must be ready to work at least TEN consecutive weeks at KINGSBRIDGE under this contract (there are 13 weeks for a 3 month period. We are asking for at least 10)

3) Employees must work minimum of 5 five shifts per week.

4) Employees must work EOW.

5) Two or more absences, No-call-no show or the facility’s dissatisfaction with job performance and/or performance can result in cancellation of the contract, disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

6) After July 30, employees may continue to work at our Regular rate of $40.
