$10,000 Sign On Bonus!!!

Full time with benefits!  Monday-Friday off

16 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday only. (7am to 11pm)

The RN participtaes in direct care and services provided to the residents and is responsible for the quality of nursing care and manaegment of nursing staff during their assigned shifts.

Manage all nurses and CNA's, promote good communication between staff, residents, physicians and hospitals as needed throughout the shifts.  Ensure proper care is being received, professionalism is being adhered to and lead by example. 

Responsible for disciplinary action at times if needed, hold staff accountable for good performance to ensure an excellent caring experience for the residents in a skilled nursing environment.
