$5,000.00 Sign On Bonus Available

Up to $50/hr.

*Assist with resident admissions/discharges.

*Assist with physician rounds/orders.

*Supervises and evaluates resident care delivery using computer program.

*Coordinates physician follow up appointments for all residents as necessary and leaves information for MR and DON.

*Arranges transportation for all residents if necessary

*Attends and performs in-services.

*Provide on the job training and feedback for new nursing personnel as requested.

*Performs direct care functions of staff nurse in staffing shortage.

*Serves as a resource to LPN's.

*Completes facility performance improvement projects as delegated by the DON/Quality Assurance Director.

*Assists with the completion of MDS, Care Plans, and Medicare Compliance as delegated by DON.

*Obtain labs and treatments when requested by the physician and reports critical labs.

*Assist in the review and completion of fall reports.

*Adjust the nursing staff assignments as needed.

*Interacts with families.

*Maintains supervision of all medication rooms.

*Reports repairs needed to maintenance and supplies needed to the DON.

*Prepares reports as requested by the DON.

*Supports management in times of change and stress with a cooperative attitude and willingness to work as a team player.

*Provide tours for families looking for placement and coordinate this information with Director of Admissions.

*Performs other duties as assigned by the DON.

Weekend Schedule - 7:00a to 7:00p on Saturday and Sunday FT hours are available.
