Magnolia Creek Nursing and Rehab is seeking a RN Weekend Supervisor!

We are currently seeking a caring and dynamic individual to join our leadership team and have a direct and positive impact on the lives of our residents, families and staff. The successful candidate with assist in planning, developing, and organizing the day to day functions. Additionally, providing supervision to the nursing staff, while ensuring the quality of nursing care provided to our residents.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
• Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
• Supervise staff in day to day operations
• Function as floor nurse as needed
• Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance.
• Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives.
• Meet all local health regulations, and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
