Job Description

Overview

CHI Health at Home, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, is a dedicated team of home care and hospice professionals serving the people of Williston and surrounding communities. We are focused on caring for patients recovering from injuries, living with a chronic illness, and other medical needs. We'll make your recovery process as comfortable as possible. It’s a taxing effort for our patients to leave their homes, so we gladly go to them.

If you are comfortable in a controlled environment such as a clinic or hospital, Home Health might not be for you. The environment changes daily from home to home and comes with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. Our Registered Nurses thrive in this environment and genuinely enjoy getting to know the people in their towns.

We understand that many of our team members also have family members who depend on them while they are working hard to improve the health of others. To support our employees and decrease this stressor, we provide a Free Premium Membership to Care.com including FREE Care Credits (capped amount) including their Family Care Program and backup care for children and/or adults in addition to standard benefits.

“I was a full time emergency room leader and nursing administration. I truly never understood the functions of Home Health and Hospice nursing. After being exposed to the importance of these programs, I was truly amazed by the positive impact both Home Health and Hospice have on patients and their families. Our patients invite us into their home setting during such a vulnerable, intimate time when they are sick or at the end of life stage. It is so vital for our community and fulfilling to be part of as a nurse.”

 - Karen B., Nursing Leader
