Hourly rates: RN: $68K-$85K per year depending on experience

LPN: $ 27.00-$45.00 per visit

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care that is ordered by a physician
• Complete and preform assigned assessments
• Evaluate and develop plan of care for patient
• Monitor and recognize changes in condition of patient
• Supervise paraprofessional staff
• Provide a professional, respectful, and compassionate experience of care to all patients.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license that is active in Colorado.
• Health Care CPR Certified.
• Willing to travel to surrounding areas.
• Able to work independently and provide effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals.
