Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct care to residents
• Medication administration
• Assessments
• Wound care
• Thorough documentation
• Oversight of STNAs
• Notifying physicians of changes in patients’ statuses

Qualifications:

• A current, unencumbered, active Ohio RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
