Refrigeration Technician - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

FULL-TIME

$22.94/hr, plus $5000 new hire bonus, see details below

This position starts at $22.94/hr. with a shift increase for second and third shift.

We are offering a $5000 sign-on bonus for all new hires.

There is potential to progress quickly within levels based on completed training and demonstrated skills on the job.  We currently have open positions for third shift.

This facility operates six days a week and produces Sausage Crumbles and Breakfast Sausage.

all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). 

This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Qualifications: -Must have a minimum of (1) year of mechanic work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be graduate of an industrial maintenance training program. -6 months continuous employment in the past 12 months -6 months of industrial refrigeration experience preferred -Must have PSM Experience -Daily, this position will be working in an area with temperatures range from -5 to 34 degrees, -Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided, which will include a freezer suit, gloves and head wear. -During your work shift, you must be willing to move around the work area at a fast pace and willing to bend, squat, lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.  -At certain times other job duties and tasks may be part of the daily routine.
