Job Description
The Regional Agency Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with Insurance Agency District Managers and Agency Field Offices for key clients within a district or region. The Regional Agency Sales Manager oversees a team of Agency Service Representatives who make outbound sales calls and use digital communications to sell the benefits of using Safelite to targeted insurance agents. The Regional Agency Manager develops and continually evolves the regional marketing strategy and creates an action plan that achieves or exceeds key marketing targets and milestones.

Essential Activities:
- Partners with Marketing and utilizes (primarily) digital, as well as conventional, sales tools to connect with Insurance Agencies and small regional and market insurance company targets.
- Establishes and continually evolves the marketing strategy for their region or market and develops the future state for connecting with agencies and the regional insurance industry. Creates annual, quarterly and monthly marketing targets and goals, and measures performance against these targets.
- Is a change agent who connect with and develop relationships with local insurance agents to service their policyholder needs and foster strong partnerships.
- Interacts with large and small regional and market level insurance agency leaders to grow and develop relationships, and influence them to partner with Safelite to service their policyholders' automotive glass repair and replacement needs.
- Conducts quarterly briefings, CE classes and educates regional / market insurance agency leaders and their teams about changes in our industry and new innovations in technology and insurance claims.
- Regularly partners and communicates with the regional Safelite leadership team to advise them of changes in the insurance market and to resolve insurance agent concerns
- Attends regional industry conventions and trade shows and expands their insurance agency network connections.
- Other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience B2B sales management experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time including overnight
- Experience with Microsoft Office, UltiPro and Salesforce
- Instructing/Training experience
