Regional Controller opening. We are seeking someone who has a strong background in standard cost and continuous improvement of the cost structure. Our client is a global manufacturer with sales of over $1 billion.

Regional Controller responsibilities will include:

Key leadership as member of Global Transformation team and projects related to Costing and Finance.
Lead, and support global corporate process initiatives for cost accounting in the North American manufacturing sites

Continuous improvement activities that will focus on improving the cost structure
Attract, retain and develop talent in the region in collaboration with the sites

Regional Controller background should include:

* Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance
* 10+ years of standard cost accounting experience
* Strong experience in variance analysis
* Strong background in plant accounting
* SAP experience
* Strong Excel and database management experience
