Our company is currently looking for a Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement to join our team!

Qualified applicants must be an RN and an expert in the areas of MDS, CAAs, PDPM, MMQs, QMs, and the assessment and care plan process. Prior experience with PCC is helpful. The Director of Clinical Reimbursement works closely with our Regional Team and is a member of Senior Leadership. Primary resource and support for assigned facilities. Coordinate educational offerings for facility coordinators. Conduct audits to ensure proper accuracy and utilization. Stay up to date on regulatory or billing changes for SNFs.

The position requires travel within Massachusetts and the work week is a combination of in-facility visits and office hours.
