Lucas Group a Korn Ferry Company is excited to partner the leaders of next generation Decision Support Systems for healthcare organizations.  Our client provides the tools to achieve continuous improvement and enhanced performance.  They offer a suite of innovative and feature rich products which provides management teams with comprehensive financial & operational reporting, planning, analysis, and data visualization entirely within a browser-based model.   

Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to work 100% remote.  This opportunity is available due to company growth. This is an opportunity to work with a leader in the industry, with over 40 years of experience.  The RSM will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned region, developing marketing plans which will meet both business and personal goals of expanding customer base in the assigned area.   The RSM will be working within the sales and support to achieve revenue generation, customer/client satisfaction. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales of Financial Planning & Management, Clinical Utilization, Cost Accounting, and quality measure to the healthcare marketplace
  • Develops annual business plan in conjunction with senior management
  • Understanding of pricing and proposal models
  • Ability to carry conversations with CFO’s, CEO’s, Comptrollers, and other hospital decision makers
  • High level of client follow-up ensuring client satisfaction
  • Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
  • Establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
  • Additional responsibilities: participate in trade shows, perform intro presentations, consultative selling approach, business development, assist in implementation of marketing plans when needed, and more

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the healthcare financial market calling on O suite
  • Experience with enterprise financial software for small and large, complex organizations
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and metrics
  • Must have entrepreneurial mindset and be an independent thinker always pushing forward

Our client offers competitive base salary with commission and bonus structure along with medical, dental and vision.
