Responsibilities of the Home Health Registered Nurse

• Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional practice.
• Carries out functions according to medical center policy, mission, and standards of practice as defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Requirements of the Home Health Registered Nurse

• Previous home health experience-Required
• Previous Home Care Home Base experience - Preferred
• Previous OASIS experience - Required
• Michigan State registered nurse license required
• Nicotine free

Compensation of the Home Health Registered Nurse

• Salary: $54 - $59 per hour *based on experience, benefit level, and traveler status. *
• First Day Health Insurance Coverage: medical, dental, and vision
