Allure of Prophetstown is looking for a caring and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our awesome nursing team.

We have current openings for Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse; FULL TIME DAY AND NIGHT SHIFT: 6AM - 6 PM & 6 PM TO 6 AM

• Job Types:  FULL TIME
• PAY: $29.00 TO $35.00

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Be responsible for the care and wellbeing of our residents. Direct, help and mentor the CNA’s on your team
• Assess the residents’ needs and assist in developing and following individual care plans
• Identify and communicate changes in residents’ status to physicians, NP, staff, and family members
• Administer medications, treatments, and other direct care as prescribed and indicated
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
• Communicate information to staff to provide a smooth shift transition
• Document appropriately as needed or required in PCC

• Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted IL Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse License.
• CPR certification
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of PCC preferred but not required
