Franklin Restorative Care Center is a skilled nursing facility for living with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia with personalized care. Services include complex medical care, subacute care, dementia care, respite care, therapy services, and more.

Position Description: To perform a wide variety of nursing, supervisory and clerical duties.  To be responsible for total resident care and supervision of nursing duties during shift.  This job is in accordance with the established state and federal regulations and the facility philosophy, policies and procedures, and to understand the concept of and be committed to the facility's mission.
