Registered Nurse (RN) -$7000 sign on bonus for FT staff
- Provide oversight to the LNAs and LPNs as needed.
- Consult and coordinate with interdisciplinary care team, which includes medical providers and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient and resident plans of care.
- Facilitate the completion of baseline and periodic assessments of individualized care needs to ensure the most appropriate care needs are met for each patient and resident.
- Participate in resident care, to include accurately and safely administering medications that are ordered by our medical providers, and monitoring to ensure efficacy of medications provided.
- Initiate requests for consultations or referrals as requested by residents, family members, guardians, or other care team members to ensure the highest practicable care and quality of life.
- Provide nursing services to short-term patients and long-term residents within scope of practice, organizational policies, and professional standards of care.
- Facilitate physician and specialty provider rounds and participate in treatment planning and shift reports to ensure continuity of care.
