Registered Nurse (RN)

Floral Nursing Agency is looking for qualified RNs to work in Skilled Nursing Facilities in the surrounding area with both Full-time and Part-time available (No PRN)  We work differently from other agencies.  You are not asked to work in multiple buildings.  You would get an assignment and only work in one facility.  No constant moving around which we believe provides the best continuity in care for our clients patients.  You would also not be under contract.

Job Description:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Tennessee License- RN
