Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse RN for our skilled nursing facility in Warsaw, IN!

The Registered Nurse RN will carry-out patient care, under the medical direction of the residents attending physician's and the Director of Nursing Services.

Starting Rate: $36+

Sign-On Bonus up to $6,000

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse of this state
• Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
