THE POSITION:
We're looking for an RN (Registered Nurse) for our dedicated, highly trained Cardiac Cath Lab.  The Cath Lab RN will provide patient care, assessment, monitoring, education and pain management.
 
Formal Education / Training:   

1. Eared a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university. 

2. Licensed by the State of Tennessee.

3. Minimum of one-year medical-surgical nursing experience.

4. ACLS within 6 months of hire.

5. BLS within 90 days of hire.

6. Must respond to hospital within thirty minutes for “on call” requirements.

Workplace Experience: 

1-year critical care

Equipment and Skills Training: 
Ability to operate physiologic monitoring equipment, replay sequences on radiology equipment, Meditech computer system, I.V. pumps, and other patient monitoring tools. Knowledge of medications and their administration.

Physical Environment: 
Hospital setting, sterile patient testing room(s).
