Flexible Hours:   We offer both 8- and 12-hour shifts, Full and Part Time!

We offer Daily Pay-it allows employees to get paid instantly for the hours they've already worked. 

Must be covid vaccinated or have a exemption in place.

Sign on Bonus:

·         $7000 for any Full-Time positions of 64 hour or greater per pay period

·          $3500 for any Part -Time position 28 hours or greater per pay period

Responsibilities Include:

Supervises and monitors nursing care provided on assigned unit. Assures resident needs are managed and addressed in the plan of care. Interacts with other disciplines to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management.

Qualifications:

LTC/SNF experience preferred

High school diploma, current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse is required.
