Douglas Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 90-bed SNF located in Windham, CT and we are seeking a Full-Time Infection Preventionist to join our phenomenal Nursing Team!

Job Summary:

This Registered Nurse Infection Preventionist has oversight over all infection control and prevention related activities within the organization. This individual will also be responsible for all functions of the employee development/training program.

RN Infection Preventist Requirements:

• Must hold a valid, unencumbered CT RN license.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• COVID-19 Vaccination.
• CPR, ACLS or BLS Certification.
• Attention to detail, good follow through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Must be knowledgeable of general, rehabilitative, and infection control requirements, OSHA laws and regulations, nursing and medical practices, and guidelines governing long term care.

RN Infection Preventionist Salary:

• Up to $85,000.00/year
