$6,000 Sign on bonus

-RN: earn up to $35.19 or $38.70 as a weekend warrior

-LPN:  earn up to $30.15 or $33.16 as a weekend warrior

Additional shift differential offered for night shift

Position:  Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location : Orwell, Ohio

Eagle Pointe is seeking nurses to join our team.  We pride ourselves on having a home-like setting where the residents are our priority.  We are a 60-bed facility caring for both long and short-term residents located in the beautiful small town of Orwell, OH.  New grads are welcome!

Position Summary:  Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, who exhibits excellent patience and compassion to all residents in his/her care.  We are invested in maintaining exceptional customer service and the well being of our residents is our top priority. 

Experience:

·       Overseeing multiple employees within a skilled nursing facility

·       Direct and supervise other nursing staff members as needed

·       Delivering quality nursing care to patients

·       Making daily resident observations

·       Reporting pertinent information to the care of patients

·       Working together with other staff in a cohesive, team-like environment

·       Collecting patient data

Qualifications of the RN/LPN:

·       Must work well with other staff but be able to work independently

·       Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN/LPN in Ohio

·       Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required

·       Able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
